JT's offers:

• Groceries – UK-imported and local products delivered to your doorstep.
• Short-let Rooms – Comfortable stays booked through our online form.
• Event & Bar Reservations – Venue and bar space for events, parties, and private functions.

• All grocery orders, room bookings, and event reservations are requests only. Confirmation will be made via WhatsApp.
• Payments are arranged after confirmation via MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, or bank transfer.
• Orders or bookings are not guaranteed until confirmation is sent by JT's.
• Please ensure the information you provide is accurate and complete, including delivery address, contact number, and order details.

• Payment is required after order confirmation.
• Accepted payment methods: MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, or bank transfer.
• JT's is not responsible for payment errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
• Payment must be completed to secure your grocery delivery, room booking, or event reservation.

• Grocery deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer.
• Delivery times are estimated and confirmed via WhatsApp.
• JT's is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers are responsible for checking the order upon delivery and reporting any issues immediately via WhatsApp.

• Grocery Orders: Can be cancelled before confirmation. Once confirmed, cancellations may not be accepted.
• Room Bookings & Event Reservations: Can be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance; refund eligibility will be communicated via WhatsApp.
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed via the same payment method used.
